How We Met
In the spring of 2002 Scott
posted a message to the guestbook of
Chad Allen Online, a web site
that Ken created and maintains. Ken was deeply touched by what Scott wrote
and added Scott to his instant messenger buddy list. The next time he saw
Scott online he messaged him and over time they became great friends.
 They
spent many hours online chatting together. In January of 2003 a group of
Ken's friends who had also met Scott online were going to Las Vegas to
celebrate Ken's birthday. Since it was also Scott's birthday and because Ken
wanted to finally meet Scott in person and wanted to hear him play his
guitar, Ken invited Scott to join them. In Vegas, Scott and Ken grew to
become closer friends.
 The
group considered starting a business together in Vegas, however those plans
fell through due to circumstances beyond our control. Both Ken and Scott
wanted to make changes in their lives and were greatly disappointed when the
Vegas plans crashed. So they began planning a new adventure. They would move
together to Florida, a place neither of them had ever been to, but both
always wanted to see.
In Florida they became the best
of friends and worked together to create new lives for themselves. So far,
